What we examine
Every case turns on its own evidence. Depending on what happened, we may examine:
- the parking charge notice, dates, location and stated reason;
- ANPR photographs, payment records and terminal audit trails;
- signage, contractual authority and the amount demanded;
- the operator's appeal handling and access to independent appeal;
- later debt-recovery letters and any added charges.
Do not lose a deadline while waiting
Upload the complete notice and tell us the latest response date. If court papers have arrived, or a deadline is imminent, do not assume that submitting a case to us pauses it. The Resolution Agency is not a law firm and does not conduct litigation.
What useful evidence looks like
Send clear images of every page, the envelope if dates matter, payment receipts or bank records, photographs of relevant signs, and copies of appeals or replies. We focus on the records from your actual parking event rather than a later reconstruction of what the operator says normally happens.
