We challenge claims
that do not withstand scrutiny.

The Resolution Agency conducts independent, evidence-led casework into disputed consumer claims, collection activity and enforcement action. We examine what is alleged, what can be proved and how the claim has been pursued.

Submit a case

An assertion is not evidence. Repetition does not resolve a dispute. We test claims against the records, dates, relevant procedure and the organisation's conduct throughout the case.

Every demand creates an evidential burden. Every response creates a record.

We preserve the full chronology: the claim made, the evidence requested, the answers provided, material questions left unanswered and collection activity undertaken while the matter remains disputed. Where the evidence warrants it, that record may support formal complaints, trade-body or regulatory referrals, public-interest reporting, alternative dispute resolution or evidence placed before a court.

How our casework works →

Evidence first.
Proper process. Documented response.

01

We examine the claim

We review its factual and contractual basis, the evidence relied upon, the chronology and the way it has been pursued.

02

We challenge the disputed position

We identify unsupported assertions, unanswered questions and procedural failures, then place those matters clearly before the organisation.

03

We document the response

Evidence provided, questions left unanswered and continuing conduct are preserved within a structured case record.

Disputed consumer claims and collection activity.

Our casework includes debt collection, private parking charges, subscription and billing disputes, and other consumer claims where the evidence, procedure or collection conduct requires scrutiny. We accept cases selectively; submission is not automatic acceptance.

We are not a law firm, regulator, ombudsman, court or government body. We do not determine liability, compel a response, conduct court proceedings or provide regulated debt advice. Court papers and urgent deadlines require immediate independent action.

Where we accept a matter, we agree a defined casework step and obtain specific authority before contacting an organisation. Every outgoing communication is reviewed and approved by a person.
